Diversa Consulting was established in spring of 2003. We have extensive experience in consulting and the development of organisations and human resources and since 1998 we have worked with the concept of diversity management. The true capacity and potential of personnel can be realised effectively through good team work skills, open interaction and management practices that take into consideration the diversity of employees. We believe that development of human resources requires fresh ideas and the courage to bring these ideas forward to the day to day practices of the work place. Our development and training programmes are seeking solutions to practical issues rising from the work place.
